    What You’ll Be Responsible For:

    Growth Strategy Development:

    • Formulate and implement a robust growth strategy aimed at enhancing user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
    • Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to create and execute impactful growth campaigns.

    Consumer Insights & Analytics:

    • Leverage data analytics and consumer insights to guide strategic decisions and refine growth approaches.
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of growth efforts.
    • Create and manage dashboards and reports for ongoing progress monitoring and stakeholder communication.

    Campaign Management:

    • Take the lead in designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to stimulate user growth.
    • Supervise the creation of compelling creative assets and messaging that connects with target audiences.
    • Enhance campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and detailed performance analysis.

    Retention & Engagement:

    • Develop and execute strategies focused on boosting user retention and engagement.
    • Collaborate closely with the Product team to improve user experience and encourage long-term loyalty.

    Cross-Functional Leadership:

    • Work alongside Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
    • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continual improvement within the team.
    • Mentor and guide team members to support their professional development.

    Market Expansion:

    • Identify and assess new market opportunities and strategies for expansion.
    • Spearhead go-to-market initiatives for new product launches and geographical growth.
    • Build and sustain strategic partnerships to facilitate growth and enhance product offerings.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, consumer marketing, or a related field within the tech industry, ideally within the delivery technology sector.
    • Demonstrated success in driving significant user growth and engagement.
    • Strong analytical capabilities with a talent for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
    • Excellent leadership and team management expertise.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Innovative thinker with a strong passion for problem-solving and creativity.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices is essential.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
