    Our client is an iGaming company with more than 10 years of history. The company has its own products in the gambling field and has grown fast.

    The iGaming company is looking for an experienced HR Director in development center in Kyiv.

    Areas of responsibility include:

    Performance Management system:

    1. Formulate and implement Performance Management system from scratch.
    2. Oversee motivation programs, compensation structures, and employee benefit offerings.
    3. Develop and implement efficient performance appraisal systems.
    4. Assist leaders in addressing human resource-related concerns.

    Strategy in HR field:

    1. Formulate and implement HR strategies in line with our corporate and functional objectives.
    2. Spearheaded talent management programs encompassing recruitment, performance evaluation, learning and growth, and succession preparation.
    3. Maintain the competitiveness and appeal of our comprehensive rewards programs.

    Employment brand:

    1. Develop and execute employer branding strategies from scratch, manage the company’s online presence, including career sites, and review platforms, social media.
    2. Organize and participate in employer branding events.

    Team leadership:

    1. Offer expert leadership and support to augment the team’s expertise and capabilities.

    Compliance, Adherence to Best Practices, and Budget Oversight:

    1. Guarantee HR practices, policies, and procedures adhere to legal mandates and industry standards.
    2. Skillfully manage annual HR budgets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

    Cultivating Organizational Culture and Nurturing Leadership:

    1. Advocate for a robust and inclusive culture focused on learning and engagement.
    2. Work alongside senior management to synchronize people-centric strategies with business objectives.
    3. Provide guidance, mentorship, and assistance to senior colleagues in relation to people strategies, industry standards, and their personal development.
    4. Foster a culture based on accountability, open communication, and transparency.

    Qualifications and Top Skills:

    1. 10 years of extensive HR experience in companies with a headcount 400+ , including 2 years in team leadership.
    2. Hands-on experience in developing and implementing Performance Management system from scratch.
    3. Profound expertise in Professional Development, Employer Branding, Total Rewards, Compliance, and HR operations.
    4. Proficient in crafting executive-level presentations to offer data-driven and unbiased recommendations.
    5. A rapid learner with a keen curiosity to understand diverse international employment landscapes.

    Personal abilities:

    1. Visionary strategist advocating for innovation and embracing change.
    2. Demonstrates sound judgment, making independent decisions to solve intricate problems.
    3. Analytical and data-driven with adeptness in managing comprehensive metrics.

    Educational Background:

    1. Master’s degree in HR, Personnel Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
