Recruitment Leader (Kharkiv)

As a Recruitment Leader you will be responsible for:
- Update current recruiting procedures and design new ones,
- Supervise the recruiting team (4 recruiters+3 researchers) and report on its performance,
- Validating all the open positions and first intake meeting with respective managers,
- Job market analysis and trends.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment in IT industry;
- Lead/Mentorship experience;
- Upper-Intermediate English;
- Service and delivery approach;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Strong decision-making skills;
- Results-driven mentality;
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
