    We are the recruiting agency Capital Recruiters, we provide services of search and selection of highly qualified personnel in the field of IT and now we are looking for a Business Development Manager (DACH market). Location: Ukraine or Germany.

    Our clients are leading international software companies for which we select staff both in Ukraine and abroad.

    Who are you looking for?

    A colleague who can help in the development of the company and grow with us. Someone who likes to communicate and help people, find an approach to them, and also influence their own earnings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Search and customer acquisition using our database, job sites, social networks
    • Negotiating, signing contracts

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in German as well as English
    • Proactivity, responsibility, skill and desire to persuade, sell
    • Sales Experience as an Advantage
