Automation Engineer

Our client is looking for a highly experienced, versatile, and passionate Automation Engineer to join the team (in Warsaw) and be part of building a brand new game!

They are looking for a strong engineer who will be working in a scrum team with experience implementing new solutions, and builds stories from scratch without supervision. Investigations, initial setups, will also be required at a first stage developing robust, reliable Automation framework to ensure the highest level of quality in delivering our game.

Responsibilities:

Architect test automation frameworks from the scratch;
Apply Automation processes, techniques and methodologies;
Develop API, Service level tests;
Develop, maintain, expand automated testing infrastructure;
Devise coding standards, development methodologies;
Integrate automated scripts into CI/CD process.

Requirements:

Experience as an Automation Engineer (3+ years);
JavaScript knowledge and experience;
Excellent knowledge of Test Automation methodologies and practices;
Experience testing backend services;
Experience testing microservices;
Experience performing integration testing;
Flexibility, excellent collaboration skills, ability to plan the workload;
Experience working with agile teams.

Preferred:

Experience testing mobile products;
Familiarity with contract testing, using Pact;
Experience with Docker, Docker Compose;
Experience with setting CI pipelines, using Jenkins.
