Ukraine, KyivRequirements:
3+ years of experience in software development as Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Project manager
Experience with different Agile methodologies
Experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, CI, CT, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
Experience in developing and delivering agile training material
Will be a plus:
Agile certifications
Work in SAFe or Spotify frameworks
Participation in Scaled Agile transformation processes in IT
Responsibilities:
Lead multiple teams
Manage the team’s sprint commitment
Build strong relationships with Product Owners and other stakeholders
Partner with Agile coaches
Coach Scrum Masters and teams
Assess the agile maturity of teams
