Duties:
- Full bookkeeping: 4 PE (3rd group single tax), preparation of primary documents (invoices, acts, contracts), workflow, personnel workflow, payment of salaries, bonuses, management reporting
- Office management: water, coffee, stationery, organization of holidays, corporate events, coordination of cleaners and, in principle, everything related to the comfort of the office
- Coordination of remote 3 employees
- Assistance to the manager in daily tasks: working with a database, searching for information on the Internet, updating the site and social pages
Requirements:
- Higher education (economics, finance, law)
- 1+ year of experience as accountant
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets
- Responsibility, scrupulousness
- English intermediate
- Mathematical thinking
